Start your Thanksgiving morning with the 2nd Annual LINC’d Up Turkey Trot 5K & 1-Mile, a festive community run organized by the Coweta Youth Running Club! We’re back for year two! This family-friendly event takes place in Summer Grove and features the scenic LINC path.

A USATF-certified course and an official
Northside Hospital Peachtree Road Race qualifier.

All proceeds from the event will directly benefit Newnan Crossing Elementary and Welch Elementary schools. Bring your friends and family, lace up your running shoes, and help make a positive impact in our community.

Bring the kids! Runners 14 & under save $10 on the 5K — the youth prices below already include the savings, so the price you see is the final price. The 1-mile is a flat rate for all ages — perfect for little legs and first-timers.

We celebrated our inaugural 5K & 1-Mile on November 27, 2025 with huge success! We hosted more than 500 runners and raised $12,000 to split between Welch and Newnan Crossing Elementary Schools. Stay tuned as we plan for next year.
