What are your programs and when do they take place?

We offer Spring Running, and Fall Cross Country, Summer Trail Running Camp. Our Spring Season takes place from March through May, Fall Cross Country starts in August and goes through December, and Trail Running Camp happens in July. Our Spring Running Program focuses on running fundamentals, running games, and building endurance to run in local 5ks. Our Fall Cross Country Season is competitive and includes travel to counties in the Metro Atlanta Area where our team competes against other programs.

When and where do you practice?

We practice at a variety of locations suitable for running including the Hunter Complex, Brown’s Mill, and LINC. Weekday practices are from 6:00-7:00pm and Saturdays are 9:00-10:00am. Practices vary season by season.

How much do the programs cost?

It is $100 per athlete for new athletes and $150 per athlete for returning athletes for the Spring Season. Returning athletes receive additional practices and races as part of their registration cost. In addition to the program fee, all families pay a $30 annual household club membership fee. Registration costs vary by program and year, and are subject to change.
